Organic cultivation, harvest on September 21., 1.5 hour soak in shell. , completely reductive, 100% Kékfrankos, made with a little carbonic acid. Passio fruit, ripe strawberries, red berries, citrus. Full, meaningful, rather like a French line. Very cool, it's a pity that only 336 bottles were made!
