Szarkás vineyard, 42 years old vineyards, rhyolite tuff, loamy soil. August 30 harvest, aged 6-8 hours in shell, then fermented and matured in a new and second-filled 500-liter barrel after mustering, all the while kept on a fine broom and stirred. Creamy texture with lightly woody, elegant roasting notes, green apples and citrus. Classic style barrique Chardonnay, yet fresh.
